Upon entry, the ground floor features a spacious hallway; to the left is the living room with ample furnishings and a colour TV with multi-channels; to the right is a spacious dining room which can accomodate 10+. In the back is a fully-equipped pine kitchen, with an electric cooker, grill, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and a table with ample space for 4-6 people. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer and linen/airing cupboards. Also, conveniently located on the ground floor, is a double bedroom with shower/toilet. |
| On the second floor, along-side the spacious hallway/landing, there is a master bedroom with a super king-size bed with in-room shower/toilet, walk-in wardrobe and TV. Also on this floor we find a twin-bed room (two single beds) with a shower/toilet; there are two additional rooms with a single bed - both have their own shower/toilet. Additional features include wooden floors and central heating. Outside is an extensive lawn with parking for up to four cars. There is a large backyard garden for children to safely play in. Also available is luxurious garden furniture plus a cot and high chair for younger children.
